Customer care is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in the store timezone (America/Chicago), excluding applicable holidays. Messages received outside these hours will be handled during the next available service period.
Order Requests
When contacting us about an order, please include your order number and a brief description of your request. For your security, do not send complete credit or debit card details by email or other messaging channels.
You may request order cancellation before the order ships. After shipment, returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
